CATALINA NATALINI

Catalina J. Natalini holds a Master in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Zurich,  Switzerland. She is a Certified Court Interpreter and has been interpreting in legal, medical, and school settings since 2004.  Starting in 2006, Ms. Natalini collaborated in the development of the Certificate in Interpretation curriculum for La Salle University’s Masters of Translation and Certification. She was Adjunct Professor until 2019 and was responsible for teaching and supervising master’s projects and internships. Along with her interpreting career, Ms. Natalini continues to develop curriculums for interpreters with Magna Voce Interpreter Education, LLC.  Ms.  Natalini is also very active in interpreter associations and a fierce advocate for the profession.

MARIA PEREZ-CHAMBERS

Maria Perez-Chambers obtained her State of Delaware and Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts court interpreter certifications in 1997. She successfully completed the Spanish Language Test Battery for the FBI’s Language Specialist position and is a graduate of the University of Delaware Conference Interpretation Program. For the past eighteen years, she has developed curriculum for and taught numerous training sessions for prospective and practicing interpreters and presented on interpreting issues at the Delaware State Bar Association and before the Delaware Judiciary. Ms. Perez-Chambers was recently appointed Magistrate at the Justice of the Peace in Delaware. She, still, continues to develop curriculum and teach interpreting with Magna Voce Interpreter Education, LLC.
