In this Master Class, we are going to explore where memory happens in our brains, types of memories we rely on as interpreters, and practical exercises.

Practical exercises in this master class will definitely enhance your memory skills, but the focus is on expansion. This is an invitation to let go of looking at memory as  something happening on its own and as a skill that is compartmentalized.

This new approach to look at memory will liberate us from seeing memory as something that we have or we have not, something that we must hold on, and more as an activity that touches and engages tasks from both the left and the right brain.
